The Solutions Designer supports the sales cycle process by participating in customer meetings, site surveys, assisting with client needs analysis, generating functional system designs/descriptions/diagrams and creating equipment and labour proposals. There is considerable client contact as well as interdepartmental collaboration required which makes communication skills imperative for this position. The Solution Designer is expected to obtain and maintain relevant industry and manufacturer certifications while continuing as the technical authority on all designed projects during implementation stages.
